Shipping is free to every country we deliver to.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 20 business days after shipping, depending on your country. Delays can happen during holidays and peak seasons, so for Valentine's Day or birthdays please order early.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You will get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Customs and import taxes

Depending on your country, your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes. These are set by your country and are paid by the customer.

Lost or late orders

If your tracking has not updated for 15 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 business days, email us at helloconfidenceekeh@gmail.com and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
